Notes
| The Notes module is used to record information that may be useful to the next gifts discernment committee. Notes may be general or may be linked to a category, task, and/or individual. Various reports are available. | ||

| 1. | The General Notes tab allows for creating, editing, and reporting on general notes about the process. | Return to Top |
| 2. | The Add Specific Notes tab allows for the creation of notes linked to a name, a category, or a task. Notes can easily be created by right-clicking on a name in the Category Results module. | Return to Top |
| 3. | The View Specific Notes provides a way to select and view notes and create reports based on various criteria. These notes can provide a record of the contacts made by the previous gifts discernment committee. | Return to Top |
