The Web module creates web pages for an on-line survey that is fully operational when published to a web serve using Frontpage Server Extensions or can be hosted on this web site.  It also provides a way to process the on-line surveys and add to a dataset.

1.	Create Web Pages opens a wizard for building a web page for an on-line survey.  The resulting web pages can be viewed by a browser but are not fully functional until published to a server with Frontpage Server Extensions.  See Online Surveys.	Return to Top
2.	Process Web Surveys using a wizard that reads a file downloaded from the web site and compares names to names in the dataset or prompts the user to add new names.	Return to Top
